To the fullest extent permitted by law, BLACKMARLIN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services.

8. Warranty and Disclaimer

Services are provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of any software or systems developed.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

You breach these Terms;

There is misuse of our platform, services, or resources;

Mutual agreement to discontinue the service.

Outstanding payments will remain due upon termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of INDIA/HYDERABAD. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of HYDERABAD.
