Due to the nature of our services, which may include custom software development, consulting, and digital solutions, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced or services have been delivered, except as outlined below.

 

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

Service not delivered: If we fail to deliver the agreed service or product within the specified timeframe and cannot resolve the issue after multiple attempts.

Project cancellation: If the client cancels the project before development has started, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative or consultation fees.

Duplicate payment: If a client has been charged twice for the same service due to a technical error.

Subscription-based services (if applicable): Refunds for subscription-based products or services (e.g., SaaS) may be considered if the cancellation is made within [7/14] days of initial purchase and no significant use has occurred.

 

3. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

Work already completed or milestones already delivered

Delays caused by client inaction or lack of communication

Services that were rendered as per the agreed scope

Custom-built software or solutions developed for a specific client

Domain name registration, third-party services, or license purchases

Digital downloads or licenses once delivered

Invoice number

Reason for the refund request

Supporting evidence, if applicable

We will review your request and respond within 7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days.

BLACKMARLIN reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review the policy periodically.
